I realize that this guide is not all inclusive of the birds in Panama, but I am disappointed. I like that the guide is laminated and folds to take up a minimum of space. I watch a live bird feeder site in Panama and was disappointed in the first few minutes of using the guide. It has a lot of pictures of birds, but almost immediately, I saw three birds that are not in the guide.

Excellent! And very convenient to carry. This small guide really covers the basics. I have been able to identify every species I have encountered thus far using this small guide.

This is a handy picture guide to some of Panama's common birds. It is light and is easy to carry. Given the thousand or so bird species that can be seen in this small country, this fold-out guide can only cover some of the highlights awaiting a birder. The art is accurate although the birds are not to scale. For a casual nature watcher this is a decent introduction to what you might expect to see in Panama. True birders should get the field guide "The Birds of Panama" by Angehr and Dean.

this is a good pocket guide for birds of Panama. Doesn't go into as good of detail as a birding book. but easier to carry.

Well detailed info on all cupping modalities and reading this book have me information on cupping since it has been recommended by my health practitioner and it is easy to understand and read and most importantly written and in this book, you will read about the rich history of cupping therapy and follow its journey from the imperial courts of ancient China to the red carpet and whether you’re a gymnast or a desk worker, there are so many ways in which cupping therapy can benefit you and find out more about how cupping therapy works and the numerous health benefits that it offers and speculations have been raised regarding the safety and effectiveness of cupping therapy and all the information in the world is useless if its not organized correctly and i found it very easy to read this book either front to back, or flipping through the table of contents for specific subjects and the author has done a nice job of breaking things down into manageable pieces that are organized in a pattern that flows and i got more interested to go and have a cupping session very soon and for those who are interested to practice this, there are basic instructions laid out here. But I would not go into that and i would rather be at the receiving end.

Love the cups. Easy to use.

Maggie Hansen does a wonderful job explaining the therory and science of cupping. The use pictures and diagram, I found exteremly helpful. Pressure points and essential oils very interesting too. I recommend this book for it’s packed with very helpful information. I recieved this book free for my honest and voluntary review.

I voluntarily reviewed an advanced copy of this book. This book is very well written and is easy to understand. The author did a great job organizing this book as well as giving great details. This really explains the benefits and what is required.

ARC: Great history on cupping and DIY information if interested. Going to run some things by an alternative medicine doctor and get some points and how to properly do at home.
